Several users including myself can't login into AdobeSign.  This morning we started to receive emails from Adobe as per below:

Ray, your return has been processed.

We’ve completed the return of your Adobe apps and services. For reference, the specifics of your return are included below.
For questions, please contact your account manager directly.
cc: Sign MM Ops



Ray, your administrator for True Influence LLC has removed your access to Adobe Sign - Enterprise.


This does not affect your access to other Adobe products and services.


If you think this was done in error, please contact your administrator for True Influence LLC.


I need assistance for can't submit a ticket or find a phone number to call.  Please help.
