Email - shows preview of document being sent - how to remove.

When emails are sent the email shows a preview of the document for signing - is there anyway to remove this?

We do not want the document preview in the email as some information may be private.

Can anyone advise please?

What version of Adobe sign, I cannot speak for the enterprise version, but there is little in the way of customization in the  individual and team versions.
