Email validation link not working! Help?

Hello all! My email validation link for Adobe Sign will not validate no matter how many times I click or use other browsers, it simply redirects and says please check for validation email. Help! Need to sign an important document tomorrow - thank you!

Can you please message me your email address. We have seen similar issues with emails having special characters in the past.
