We have a document that is used within the organization that is signed by various admin, however; the last two signatures are always the same. Is it possible to set embedded those last two signatures fields where they do not have to be assigned everytime .
I am trying to create a form where the user just has to input their information and it gets
automatically sent for signatures without the user having to set those fields. I have tried saving as a template but you have to reset the signature fields.

What you are describing is a custom workflow, which is a feature set available at the enterprise tier of service.
Custom workflows can use templates with a variable number of recipients, but keeping your last two known recipients locked in place.
