Thank you for reaching out.
Please try signing out and then relaunching the application. Reboot the machine as well.
Then sign in and check if the document can be sent. Ensure you use the correct email address.
Did you check if you can send the document via the Acrobat Online account?
If not, use the following link https://acrobat.adobe.com/ and sign in using your Adobe ID.
Go to the E-Sign tab and use the Request Signature option to send the document.
