Hi there,

When I get to the final step of sending a file out for signing, I get this error message (screenshot attached). Any ideas on how to fix this?

Thanks,

Rachel

Hi Rachel.b.Jackson,

Thank you for reaching out.

As you are using the Acrobat desktop application to send document for signature, try sending document online. Open the Acrobat online account (https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/) and go to E-sign > Request Sigantures. Check if you still experience the same behavior.

Share the Acrobat and OS version number. If you get any error message, share the screenshot of the message.

Check if the issue occurs with particualr document or with all.

Let us know how it goes

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Hi Meenakshi,

Thank you! It worked when I used the browser version. Is there a way to fix the desktop app?

Thanks!
