The fact, as an enterprise user, I cannot find support and the system continues to log me out when I click on help, is annoying, but my major problem is this:
When attempting to sign documents, I click "Sign" and then the following appears:
If this error persists, please contact support.
Error Code: 150715104905465.ord-prod-app1
I have rebooted the computer, cleared the cache, etc. Does anyone have any help to provide?

Can you now try to log out and log back in and see if the error continues as the issue has been resolved now.

Yes, i am getting a similar one:
Support told me that they are aware and working on mine. Contact them/open a ticket with your specific error code so you can receive an update once it's resolved...
