When adding text fields, if I edit the field and click save, the webpage resets and resets all fields. Everytime. It worked previously and I'm not doing anything different. I signed out, closed my web browser, restarted my computer, deleted the document and started with a new one. None of that helped. I still can't edit a field.

Is it a template you have created? Also, did you also try clearing cache and cookies or an alternate browser? If you have tried that as well, just inbox me your registered E-Sign email address.
