Hello John, 

Thanks for response. We use adobe esign in our system to send out the aggrements in order to get them signed from reps.

Looks like a message is required in order to send out the document for signature.

Issue will be resolved if you add record in the "Echosign_Dev1__SIGN_Recipients__c" custom object and map it to the corresponding agreement.
