Hi, I'm trying to sign a couple documents, all that is left is to hit the blue "sign" button on the bottom, and a "handling" error message comes up everytime.

Hi, different user here. But we're using this service for getting dealer agreements signed, and having several users make the same complaint. The errors our users are forwarding to us look like this.
I have a ticket open with support, but not really getting any answers on what may be causing this so I was searching here. Any input or suggestions would be appreciated. My company is wanting an answer on this, and thus far I don't know what to tell them. The only suggestions support has been able to offer is wait and try again, or start over. We need to know what's happening.

Same error message for our physical therapy office. You can try replying on my thread I started, someone asked me what the error message was but I never replied because by that time we pretty much gave up and asked to do it on paper instead, because we tried everything.. Sorry I couldn't help, good luck!
