eSign Manager for iPad

‌HI,

whit last release it's impossible to "sign in person" I fill document but if try to sign, screen Adobe logo appears, dont't finish to sign.

OLd version EchoSign was perfect, please can you solve this problem?

Hello AndreaDon,

Can you try uninstalling and re installing the EchoSign app in Ipad and see if that helps? Also, is it related to specific document or for all documents while using In Person Signing and which version of IOS is installed?

Hello Rijul,

I tried uninstalling and re installing without success, every documents have problems only with last version eSign Manager DC, because EchoSign worked regularly but now it's impossible to downgrade app.

Version installed of IOS it's 8.3
