ESign -returning back to"Get a Document signed" page

I load a document, add signatory Email IDs, and then click on Next to adjust the signature blocks. In case, I have missed to add someone in CC  or loaded an incorrect document, the tool does not allow me to go back and make the changes. I feel this is a shortcoming in this tool or is there a solution.

Hi prashant,

In order to avoid this issue you can create a template which can be Edited & reused.

Refer to this KB doc. Create a library template | eSign services

Aadesh

This is not an answer to the question.  Typical.  I have too need to go back to the start and add a signatory I forgot to include in the email chain.  I have already uploaded 10 docs for signature and was in the process of adding signature blocks and see I forgot one.  How does one add a signatory to an existing document before it is sent out but after the initial Create screen?

Hello Kirk,

As of now, once you have reached the preview page, you cannot go back and modify the recipients. I have taken this as a feedback and will surely pass it on.

Yes, This is really frustrating. Regularly I click the button and then realise hang on I want to change something - gosh it would be brilliant if we had a back button so we could go back and make the changes we need. It's very frustrating.

The other thing I find frustrating is that when we change the subject/Agreement name it automatically changes the whole body of the message. You'd think we'd learn but it's one of those things that I think Oh I'll just add that word and then bam, all my wonderful work in the message I've just typed is gone. I know a bit like Homer Simpson Doh but would be great if this didn't do this.

Cheers & Thanks

Annie
