I have an external archive email set up, but my completed documents did not forward. I have checked the email, tested the email address and checked completion. Is there a way to re-send the documents to the external archive email?

Please ensure that the email address is added correctly without any space. In the email account, check if you have received the completed document in the spam or junk folder. Please confirm if the email address added to the archive is a personal account or an organizational account.

If the document was not received in the email inbox, you will need to manually send it to the archive email address. Please try adding the email address again and clicking on the save button. If the feature still does not work, let us know.
