Extracting Documents from Old

If possible, how can you extract the actual document to be signed from a previously sent (last year) form?  We would love to reuse it, and not have to recreate everything.

As of now, its not possible to extract original document from already signed document. My recommendation to create a library template which can be used again for future use.
