Facing issue with esign by adobe - offer letter

Hi,

I recently got an offer letter and while trying to esign by adobe from workday, it displays blank page and I am unable to accept the offer because of this issue. I tried using different browsers and laptops but I am unable to resolve. Can someone please help me out with a fix ?

Could you please confirm how did you receive the document for signature?

Are you trying to sign in using the Acrobat or the Acrobat Sign?
