Features access denied after email change on account

I have had my account with Adobe for three years and I was able to edit, share, combine, ,e-sign and more.  As soon as I changed the email address, I was denied access of all features on July 17, 2021.  This is the link https://secure.echosign.com/public/login I used to send documents to e-sign and I no longer have access.   I have been over charged this month from Adobe.  An upgrade was suggested but the issue was never resloved.  Has anyone alse resceived the same issue?  How do I get to edit,share, combine, ,e-sign and more
