Field mapping an Adobe file..

Is there a way to take information we pull from a questionnaire page on our website and field map it to an adobe document? We give our clients a link that takes them through a questionnaire. That data is then sent to us via email. We need to have that data mapped to IRS adobe documents, then e-signed and processed. How can we accomplish this?

You can use the Echosign API to map data into Echosign agreements.

The end result is a signed PDF (which i assume you mean with Adobe document)
