The adobe app has updated the Request e-signatures section and now I cannot find the option to use a template for form fields. The link below has a walkthrough on how to do it on the old version which shows the template option being in the top left corner (picture from link below as well). That's how I've done it so far for about 20 documents.
The new version of Request e-signatures looks like this.
Where do I go in this new version to utilize the template I created? I have quite a lot of form fields that have to be added to each document and I've got about 400 documents to send out. It will add tens of hours worth of work to add each field manually on each document which I don't have the spare time for. I can't imagine that a feature/tool of that value would be removed, so I must be missing something. Please help!

Hi Josh33649535wyvl,
Thank you for reaching out.
Could you please confirm the Acrobat Sign plan you are using? Are you using the service on the desktop application or the Acrobat Online account?
If you use the Acrobat desktop application, share the Acrobat and OS version details. We will get this checked and update you with more information.
Thanks,
Meenakshi

Thanks for helping out with this. I am using the Adobe for Teams plan and I'm using the desktop application.
Not sure which version number you need as I found 5.
Version File Version: 23.006.20380.0
AMG Version 7.001.00003
CoolType Version 8.003.00004
Core Version 23.1536
Continuous Release Version 2023.006.20380
I also attempted to repair the installation thinking maybe something was corrupted, but no change after the repair. I see an option in the settings to "Disable New Acrobat", but I'm assuming that the current version I'm using will be forced on me eventually, so I'd rather find the fix now, rather than delay things until the point that I'm not given a choice.
