Hi - I am attempting to send a TEMPLATE out for fill & sign -- with name of person, company, signature, date etc. As template fill in fields. When I test this document with myself, there are no AUTO SIGN fields or highlighted fields to fill out with text. I am using Adobe Document Cloud subscription to create the template, and send it out for Fill & Sign. What am I doing wrong? Why aren't the fields showing up? I am new to this, but I can't even find tutorials that are recent to show me how, in the current configuration of the website, to achieve this basic task. PLease help!

Sorry for the delay in response.
As per your description, what I understand is that you are converting a template to PDF in Acrobat and then sending it for signature using the Fill & Sign tool.
It seems that you are using the Fill & Sign tool then using "Me" option to fill the form. Am I correct?
If that is the case, then you will need to apply the form fields to the PDF. Try to use the steps provided in the following help document to make the form fields work.

- Create and distribute PDF forms using Adobe Acrobat
