Fill & Sign without digital signature field

I have Adobe Acrobat Pro DC subscription and I use adobe sign.

I need else only to sign my documents with adobe sign by myself with digital signature.

This is a big problem for the Europe citizens because in the Europe there is the eIDAS regulation and it needs to use digital signature.

In the Only I sign it was possible to insert all the fields and else digital signature, but in the Fill & Sign it’s impossible to insert the digital signature field, only the electronic signature.

Now if I want to sign by myself with digital signature, I have to send me in different address the document to sign with digital signature (only so I can insert the digital signature field, impossible with Fill & Sign).

This is not good for my clients and for me.

Adobe sign with digital signature it's very good because now it's possible to have the qualified digital signature in the Cloud Signature Consortium but It's a problem if for use the digital signature, I have to use the different e-mail address.

For me to resolve the problem, it needs, in the fill and sign,  to insert all the fields and else the digital signature field (and else to use the same digital signature field more time in the document because in Italy the law is so).

If the Adobe sign want to work in Europe, this problem must be resolved and the Adobe sign will be very good.

I hope  that the problem will be resolve.

issues. I would like to know where to buy a compliant certificate and how to include it into a certificate based Acrobat Sign signatur!

...with this feature this app would be really great!

What can I do when Intisense will send

the same reply? Any idea? I do not switch

to Docusign!

There is one solution for an eIDAS SIGNATURE from A-Trust (e-Tresor: https://www.e-tresor.at/web/ ) and

ixIDENTITY

ixIDENTITY | Qualifizierte Fernsignatur für ganz Europa | XiTrust+

I successfully use that web application (both e-Tresor and ixIdentity as a trial) and the doctoral degree shows up in the certificate details

„thank you for your request and sorry for the delay.

Doctoral degrees cannot currently be included in our certificates. However, we plan to be able to do so by the end of June.

I hope to be able to meet his needs in the near future.

Dear Thomas,

the possible solution for to comunicate in the signature your academic title (Dr.), is to use the address email, e.g.

dr_thomas@email.com

in this case, in the address email you can insert your academic  title.

Other solution is to set your signature in the Adobe signature see https://na1.documents.adobe.com/account/accountSettingsPage#pageId::MY_SIGNATURE

here you can insert your signature immage and the informations about you as academic title (and of you) and when you sign one document appears the sign immage and your informations.

You have to insert your informations in the sign immage (e.g. with paint)

Perhaps both solutions is good and very easy to use.

of course you can set up any title you wish in Adobe Sign - but it is not authenticated in any way - you could chose any title you wish

🙂 That's why I stick to the authenticated versions 🙂
