Filter by Approver

Is there a way to create a report of all documents that have one particular approver? I need to see all documents at once that have one thing in common: the approver.

Hi @CAA Agency5CBA ,

You can try exploring the APIs for this. Adobe Sign provides the search APIs that you use to filter out agreements based on one participant email id and in your case it would be the approver's email id.

More details that you can refer - https://secure.eu1.echosign.com/public/docs/restapi/v6. Refer search API where you can add participantEmail attribute to filter agreements based on the one approver.

Thanks and Regards,

Kiran Mohan

I was able to search by the actual email address and that filtered it out for me. I wasn't able to create a report but that did it. Thank you all for your help.
