Fonts are changed when using adobe sign

Fonts are changed when using adobe sign. Please find the attached video and also the sample document... If upload the same documents without making any changes it is converting into a pdf with different font.. If i make any changes, then upload.it is uploading as the original font..

 

Strange behvaiour.. Please let me know how to address this customer query
