Form Field Template

Hello dear,

As i want to integrate the Adobe Esign in my own system. I have completed almost all steps, but i am stuck at one point. I have created the template and saved it in my template library. I have tried a lot to embed it with my document, as there are only few fields of signatures which will be constant but the content will be changed. So i just want to access template. i have done it this way, please let me know if there is any other way to set the template.

Hi Muhammadm,

Could you please confirm if you are experiencing the issue with setting up the Form field template or when you applying it to the document.

As you have mentioned above " want to integrate Adobe Sign in my own system", where exactly you wish to integrate the application.

I would be helpful if you can elaborate the issue a bit.
