Hello. I am experienceing the following issue:
I have a form that needs to be digitally signed by multiple parties. I am requesting e-signatures and adding the appropriate fields to the form. However, once I send the form for signature, some of the form fields disappear. The issue occurs regardless of the type of field selected. Is anyone else having this issue? What was the resolution?

Please let us know if this happens with a particular document. How was the form created? Did you add form fields in Acrobat?
Are you using Acrobat Sign to send the document for signatures? Please share the screen recording of what changes when you send the document for signature.
