Formatting Footer Word to AdobeSign gives Error message

Adobe sign issue.pngHello, we keep having this formatting issue when uploading a word document into adobe sign where part of the content will produce an error message. (see footer) The only way we have been able to get around it, has been duplicating the file in a Word document.

 

 

 

Does anyone know how to solve/avoid this issue?
