Get others to sign function

While using adobe acrobat Xi standard version 11.0.18 I want to send a document to someone else for them to sign. when I got to fill and sign > send or collect signatures > get others to sign. I get the popup box to fill in the email, document name and message. When I click send I get an error that says " We are sorry. There was an error processing your document..."

I click proceed

I fill in the info and get

adobe support was no help even though they told me they could

Try once to sign in with your Adobe ID here: https://documents.adobe.com/

Check if you can sign in and send the document for signature.

I'm getting the same error message?  I have Adobe Acrobat XI Pro.

It says "Agreement creation quota of the user is exhausted" as well?  Are there limitations on the number of signature files for this software?

Not sure how I change the status back but this issue is still not solved to my knowledge
