get signature in person - emails issue

hello,

when i use "get signature in person" on the adobe sign mobile app i input the recipient's email and it sends to them before they sign a copy of the document UNSIGNED and then a copy of the just SIGNED document. It's confusing to get both when they just signed the document - they should only get a copy of the signed document they just signed. Instead the recipient gets 2 emails.

Hello,

Thank you for your email. The issue is as a recipient the receive emails that have a signed copy that They just did in person as well as a copy of the document that is unsigned and that is confusing to as a recipient. how do can the the signed copy go to the recipient without the other copy to tell them to be signed when it is already signed that's confusing. They automatically receive 2 emails -one that is sent like a send for signature and the other is the signed copy they just signed in Person.

Why can the recipient

Just receive what they signed only?

Sent from my iPhone
