For bounced emails, Adobe isn’t generating an AgreementId. Normally, we receive an AgreementId formatted like this: ABCCHBCABCAA9rqx0_yeegrPZ3iD453zW8Tl0-uj4kg-E. However, occasionally we’re just getting "Created" as a response, and we’re unable to track it in the EchoSign management UI.

If the email bounces, that might be the reason the agreement ID was not created. Please let us know how you are sending the document and what happens. Could you please share the screenshot for reference?
