Hand Written Signature with Date and Time Stamp

Hello,

I uploaded a picture of my signature to Adobe Sign, however, I also want the date and time to display below the signature. I followed this article here https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/kb/to-enable-disable-name-date-below-the-signature.html but it does not make a difference. 

Is this possible?
