Having trouble with signing & receiving contracts

My clients are having trouble receiving their contracts and some are having trouble having authorization to sign. This has been going on for a few days now. It says sent on our side but the client never receives it, also we tried sending the contract from our direct gmail & they receive it but we need them to sign.
