Hi. I routed a document for 2 signatures that could be signed in any order. I received e-mail confirmation that the document was sent for signature to both parties. One person signed it last week and I got an e-mail notification of that signature, that also said it is now waiting for the other party to sign.
The 2nd party has signed it twice and even sent me a copy of the .pdf with her signature attached - however, that copy does not show the signature of the 1st signer. I have not received any notifications from Adobe Sign regarding the 2nd signature.
It seems as though Adobe Sign is just not consolidating the two signatures onto the form and sending it back to me as completed. What can I do?
