Hello All,
Thank you in advance for all help offered. I have been using Echo Sign for at least a year and this is the first time I have encountered a problem I could not figure out.
I had 4 forms to fill out for college and three of them ask for my signature. I was able to sign with Echo Sign twice, but when I tried to sign on third doc., I could not.
When I click on place signature, a dialogue box pops up and says "drag to fill in where you want to put your signature." This makes no sense because I already have a signature saved, but it is my only option. So, I draw the box and then another box comes up and asks for my password. I put in password I had saved, but it didn't work. There is not any place to click on "forgot password."
I find an adobe chat & they say it is a technical problem and can't help me, but suggested using the forum. She said there are tech pro's to help me, which I haven't found. I ended up finding a place to change my Adobe ID password, so I did that, thinking my Adobe ID and Echo sign password were the same passwords. But, when I went back to Echo Sign it still said wrong password. So, back to square one.
I sure appreciate any help anyone can give me. I really like this option and does save a lot of time.
In a nutshell my questions are:
How can I either get a new adobe echo sign password? (and try that way) and/ or How do I get my signature already saved to work again?
Thank you so much,
Celia3428

It's not entirely clear what software you are using here.
Assuming you are using Acrobat Reader, which version are you using?
Fill&Sign is a Acrobat (Reader) feature and does not require any signing in eSign services.
The send for signature (eSign services formerly Echosign) is now only available via a paid subscription service.
AdobeID and Echosign credentials are not the same thing, if you are working in Adobe Reader, any login asked for would need to be an adobeID credential.
