Hidden until triggered not working

I would like to have a portion of the form hidden until triggered by a "Yes" answer. I know how to get this to work in the regular PDF form but isn't working in the eSign application. Suggestions?

Hello Pairofacesdesigns,

You can set the condition in text field by double clicking it and under "Add Conditions", you can set as Show if "Radio button 1" = "1" ( if the name of radiobutton is Radio Button 1. You can also refer to below documentation:
