Hide email address below the signature on the pdf document through adobe esign

I see the email address below signature which is being passed in the participant info as shown below. I want to get rid of the email address below signature and show only signature.

This can be done by changing the type of signature field option. It seems that you have selected the signature block option for the current workflow.
