Hi

I have a teams account.  I send several documents via adobe sign as one document but once they are signed, I want to be able to split them into their individually uploaded files.  How can I do this?

Hello,

In the group configuration or in the account configuration, you will have an option to have the final document, joined or in your individual documents, you must do it there, because after signing a document, trying to separate it is to try to modify it and it would not be complying with the integrity of what was signed.

Hope this helps,

Wilder,

I'm not sure what that means.  I need to do this as well.  Otherwise, I'm downloading and extracting in Pro.  The template has 3 sets of files uploaded.  Once the whole set is signed, I need it split as well and trying to do it in Pro after download is time consuming.

Adobe Sign signed PDF files are sealed and protected and cannot be processed further with Acrobat Pro... well by default they cannot anyway.

If you are a Sign account admin or group admin contact support to change how Sign seals documents.

Note that you should always keep the sealed document as the legal proof the agreement was not tampered with after signing.
