How can I turn off Adobe suggesting inputs to fields in Adobe sign?

We have several (consents) templates we'd like to stack for signature into a single email request, however Adobe looks to pre-populate the fields from one template to the next (incorrectly). Is there a way to stop it from pre-populating the fields from one template to the next before I send?

Hi mary_6187,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble.

We checked that you are using the Acrobat Sign Enterprise service plan. You may try changing the following settings:

- In Acrobat Sign, go to Account Settings > Send Settings.

- Disable the option "Allow Acrobat Sign to suggest possible form fields within the document.

- Click on the Save button at the bottom.

Ensure that you have administrator rights or check with your Account administrator to make these changes.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Also, please check if there are form fields with the same name on different templates. Form fields with the same name will replicate the same information. Please refer to the information on the following help document about form fields: https://adobe.ly/3Zfl6Py.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
