How can we integrate Adobe Sign if we are getting Document(s) exceeded your page limit error.

Hi,

I am integrating Adbe Sign V6 rest apis, we need to test the folw while developmet. Now we are getting Page Limit Error though we are using single page document. 

Please let us know how we can resolve this issue. Is these any Test Account available through which we can test.

Hi,

We tried the link you suggested but didn't get option to submit the support ticket.  

Still we are facing issues with  V6 implementation.  We are getting error of Page Limit Exceeded even for a single page PDF document. When we send the same pdf document with our old implementaion  (implemented with API V5) it works properly but not for V6. Getting following message "We were unable to create your agreement Test because your document Single Page Agreement_pdf.pdf exceeds your page limit of 100." Even we tried with newly created account. Can anyone help me to figure out  the cause.  Issue is with pdf documents, if we use word document of 1-5 pages it works properly.
