How comes I do not have buttons for Users and Groups in my Account Dashboard?

I need to create sub-groups in my account, but I can't even start because the buttons for users and groups do not appear in my account dashboard. How can I have it so they appear?

As you can see here I do not get that option

vickio15150571 The Adobe Sign dashboard looks different (limited information) because there must be a difference in the Adobe Sign account types between the screenshot-1 and 2.

I'm assuming, since its your boss's account so that must be privileged with the admin rights and you are added into it as a user.

I hope you're well.

We've looked into the Accounts, and I believe your colleague is part of the Adobe Sign Enterprise subscription held by the business.

Unfortunately, your account is not currently linked to the Enterprise subscription and you currently have a 'free Account' with limited functionalities and 5 documents to send per month. You will need to be added as a user by one of the Adobe Sign Administrators in the business to gain access to similar functionalities as your colleague.

Hi VIP,

I believe you currently hold an Individual Adobe Sign license. Only Adobe Sign Team, Business or Enterprise licenses have the ability to purchase multiple users, and can create groups.
