How do I add a participant?

New Here ,

I have 8 people signing the document.  The signers only number to 6.  I used the generic signer for another.  But how do I add 8?

I am going to send it to 7 and then send it out yet again for the last signature.

But it would be nice to have infinite options with the number of signers.

Hi Johnr,

As I understand with the description above, you want to add multiple recipients  for signing a document, Is that correct?

Please refer to the steps in the following link: Send an agreement to multiple signers with Adobe Sign

You may also refer to Get multiple signatures on a single document |

Hope this helps.

Anand Sri.

No that’s not my question. I use the desktop version and I’m limited to adding 6 signers or participants. I wanted 8 signers. I can’t do that.

However if this is an enduring pattern to how your transactions need to be configured, you ultimately will need to sign-up for at least an Individual level of service that provides for 10 signers per transaction.
