Hello,
I have mistakenly created the account using a non-personal email admin@*******.net with "Admin ******" as a name. This is an individual account and I have already paid for the year of usage.
Now I realized the mistake and would like to change it to personal email and also the name to my real name.
Unfortunately, there is no option to do this on the UI. How can I do it?
I have tried to use the support chat, but they said that there is no assisted “live” support for this product. Support for the Adobe Sign Individual product is available only via forums...

Once you're signed into Adobe Sign, you should be able to change your email under My Profile (the dropdown where you sign in/out).

Unfortunately, this does not work. First name, last name and e-mail are just disabled for editing.
