Whenever I send a document to be signed, it's said it's sent by the wrong name, with my email address. I have my name on everything and I cannot edit the name. Please let me know how I can update that.

You may try updating the name on your Adobe account. Go to Adobe: Creative, marketing and document management solutions
Login to your Adobe account using your Adobe ID and password.
Manage Account>Accounts>Update name
Sign out from your Adobe Sign account & Sign In back.
Also, you may Sign In to the Adobe Sign account and check under the
Get started with Adobe Sign | tutorials
Check if that works and reflect the changes everywhere.

This did not change the name that is on the PDF when I send emails. I do not know how this name got on there, but it’s showing a different name, and then my email when I send the adobe sign.

Like the name that supposed to be on the account and the name its showing there when you send the email, as well as the email address through which email has been sent?
