Can anyone point me in the direction to sign up for Adobe Sign emails/notifications on system errors. Yesterday I did not receive an email regarding the system error, and it negatively effected my contract processing.

Sorry for the trouble caused.
I have checked the account. Your email address is not added as the critical contact.
That is the reason you did not receive the email.
It was sent to other email address that is added as the critical contact and is also an Admin of the account.
To receive the notifications/emails on your email address, you need to ask your CSM (Account Manager) to add you as the critical contact for the Adobe Sign account.
