How do I remove the signed PDF attachment?

I upgraded my account because I was told it was the only way to have the option to deactivate the PDF of the signed documents being automatically emailed to all (any) parties. This is sensitive information and even with the password protect option, it will not satisfy. But now that I have upgraded, I still don't see a way to opt out. Does anyone know how to do this? Or do I need to just get rid of Adobe Sign and get a Docusign account?
