How do I stop signed document being emailed to the signer?

Hi,

I am just starting to use Adobe Sign. I need to send documents with sensitive personal information for signature on a regular basis. However it is very important the signed document isn't then emailed to anyone due to it not being secure. How do I turn this off please? I have an individual Acrobat Pro DC account.
