Hi Andyr,

There is a limit assigned to each service level of the Adobe Sign account.

Once you reach the limit, there is no option to increase the transaction limit.

If you need to increase the transaction limit, you need to upgrade the service plan.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Regards,

Meenakshi

How do we upgrade the service plan? Currently on a Teams CC account with 13 users and each user subscribed to Acrobat Pro DC.

Hi Andyr,

Sorry for the delay in response.

As you have mentioned above you have the CC teams account.

In that case, you will need to purchase either a business or an enterprise subscription of Adobe Sign to increase the transaction level.

For more details, please refer to this link Adobe Sign – Plans and pricing for enterprise and individuals | Adobe Document Cloud

Meenakshi

This is not what is advertised in the features.  According to your own information, Acrobat and Acrobat Pro can send and collect unlimited signatures.  So why is Adobe now trying to limit this function to make us pay more for Sign?

So what happens if you have a document that is 178 pages long and it needs a couple of signatures? Adobe Sign is useless? Certainly appears so.

Hi Rob36094511ycol,

Thank you for reaching out.

Please refer to the information on the following page: https://adobe.ly/3wWpuro

If you have pages that are more than the plan's transaction limits, we suggest contacting the support team to check if that can be changed or upgraded to the account.

You may contact the team using the following steps: https://adobe.ly/4cmV2XG

Hope the information helps.

Thanks,

Thanks for your reply but I don't need all the bells and whistles of "Enterprise" and the associated cost of that package simply because documents I deal with can be longer than 100 pages. Clearly adobe doesn't want my business because this is not suitable for me. Hence looking at alternative options.

It would be a smart move by adobe to drop the page limit which doesn't apply with other providers

Thanks for your time at any rate.

I agree with you 100% I often have 200+ page documents that need one electronic signature. Just one. Mine. I already pay enough for Adobe software.
