How do you make the fillable forms in eSign match the font and size of the rest of the document?

I'm in the process of making a letter template in which I want to be able to input names, dates, rates, and whatnot without altering the rest of the document. I've made one that I'm fairly happy with in Adobe Acrobat - everything looks fairly uniform, the font is Times New Roman, size 11, and I've made sure the form fields are set to that as well.

However, when I upload it onto eSign, the form field settings say Times New Roman size 11 but when I go to fill in the forms as Participant 1 in a Test Send, they are entered in a significantly smaller and standard Arial/Helvetica font - definitely not what I made in the template.

What gives? How can I make sure the document and the form fields remain in the same font and size?

Hello Bryces23430113,

Did you check the font once the document got e-signed apart from being shown in signing interface? Also, did you confirm in the font and size for the form field in preview page before sending it out for signature

Hi Rijul,

I've checked the document at each stage - pre-upload to eSign, uploaded, signing, and signed and printed. I've double checked what the presets for font and size are in the form fields both on Adobe and eSign and have locked the properties in Adobe before uploading it to eSign. I've decided to just use the default eSign font for now.

Thanks for your response!

Rebecca
