OK, I have a very simple document. It has two columns. One column is a series of dates. The second column has an underline opposite a date. I need to share the document with nine people. When a person in that list receives the message, they will pick a date by entering their first name opposite a date. That's it. I'm sure it can be done, but the tutorials are for more advanced application. Any help with this simple task would be most welcome.

Hello,
Sorry for the delay in response.
As you need the name of the person opposite of date, you can add 9 signature field in that column opposite all the dates in Adobe Sign.
Then send them to all the individuals.
Also, to make sure that they add their names, not the signature refer to the steps provided below before sending the document.
- In the Adobe Sign, go to Account > Account Settings > Signature Preferences.
- Under the headline "Allow recipients to sign or initial by", clear the checkbox for all the options except "Typing their name and initials".
Check if the workflow helps.
Let us know if you have any questions.
