How many Documents per month for individual/team plan?- a real answer please

New Here ,
Feb 23, 2018 Feb 23, 2018

People have asked this before and apart from the business/enterprise plans (300 transactions per user) I cant seem to find the answer for the individual or team plan. The response from Adobe appears to be "read the terms and conditions"... Well great, that's just a unhelpful answer imho.

So, I'll ask it here. If a person buys the base individual plan, how many transactions are they allowed to do in a year on that plan, is it 300, the same as a business and enterprise user?

Is there an option within the individual plans to increase the usage?

Thanks so much.

Adobe's Service Plan FAQ says:

Usage is dependent on the plan and can be based on a per user or per transaction model. This flexibility allows us to tailor the plan to your specific use case. All plans are subject to usage limits ("Use limitations"), which is defined in the Terms & Conditions.

So it looks like it varies, depending on how you set up a plan.

Good luck.
