How to add related list's fields of a custom object linked to Agreement object in Salesforce?

Hello,

I am ne to Adobe Sign and I am trying to create a document for sending for signature through Adobe Sign.

The document needs to have all the related list values from custom object's record as well. How can we add related list fields in the merge mapping so that it can be populated in the document to be sent?

We encountered similar problem. Is there any way with Adobe Sign to add to document values coming from related list on custom object ?
