how to avoid merging of multiple documents in salesforce after signing

While we are sending an agreement, if we attach multiple documents it was merging as a single document and passes to customer. After the customer signature the final agreement was sent by adobe it was not merging at that time but in salesforce the final agreement was merged
As per the requirement the documents need to be stored separately in salesforce.
